The rapid spreading of the coronavirus is posing a great challenge for all of us. Today, we want to inform you about how Quantum Design is dealing with the situation.
 
Fortunately, all of our staff members are well and working. Those who can, work from home. For all who remain in the office, we have taken all necessary precautions to keep the risk of infection to a minimum.
 
This means: Business can continue as usual!
 
Your contact persons are available via telephone and e-mail. In addition, our service staff will answer questions around the installation, operation and maintenance of your systems via Skype and TeamViewer.
 
If you are able to receive goods, we will ship to you. Our suppliers are mostly maintaining their productions, so we don’t expect any major delays in deliveries.
 
We are doing our utmost during these times of crisis to remain the trusted business partner you expect. Nevertheless, there might be situations, where we cannot react as quickly as usual. For this, we would like to ask for your understanding.
