A long-foreseen option, the high NA objective, is now available for the 7 Tesla slit coil optical cryostat. The field-compatible Zeiss100xLD EC Epiplan-Neofluar, infinity-corrected objective has a NA of 0.75 and a free working distance of 2 mm between your sample and the cold shield aperture. The optics are maintained in vacuum at room temperature to provide the optimal environment to take full advantage of this objective’s high performance design, so you could have a close look at your nanostructures, quantum dots and other small features on your sample.
