The Workshop of Ellipsometry has evolved over the past two decades from a national user meeting to an international platform where advances in ellipsometric applications in science and engineering, as well as the latest instrument and software developments, are discussed in an open interdisciplinary atmosphere. Contributions from a wide range of ellipsometric applications and related methods are welcome and may cover scientific and industrial topics.
The 11th Workshop of Ellipsometry follows the tradition of previous workshops held in Stuttgard (2000 and 2004), Berlin (2002, 2006, and 2011), Zweibrücken (2009), Leipzig (2012), Dresden (2014), Enschede (2015) and Chemnitz (2018) with the intention to stimulate open discussions. In particular we would encourage also young scientists to participate. The educational aspect of the Workshop will be strengthened by a series of tutorial lectures.
