New spectroradiometer ILT960 (180 - 1100nm)
The new spectroradiometer ILT960 is available in three versions for different wavelength ranges: ILT960UV, ILT960VIS and ILT960BB.
In combination with various input optics (for example integrating spheres INS, right-angled cosine adapters RAA4 etc.) and calibrations, photometry and radiometric measurements are possible in the respective wavelength range.
Compared with model ILT950, ILT960 features an enhanced optical beamline for reduced stray light and better thermal stability. Spectroradiometers of the ILT960 series have a CMOS linear sensor.
