First installation of the CryoFMR option – ferromagnetic resonance at low temperatures

The first CryoFMR option for the PPMS from Quantum Design has been installed at the laboratory of Benjamin Martinez at the ICMAB-CSIC in Barcelona.

CryoFMR enhances the wide range of measurement options even further by allowing the determination of ferromagnetic resonance at low temperatures.

The option comprises sample holders based on the multi-function insert from QD, the PhaseFMR spectrometer and software integration directly into the PPMS computer.
