From 9 to 11 October 2019 we will hold another CompleteEASE software training. Participants should have experience in spectroscopic ellipsometry and fundamental knowledge of the software.
The workshop deals with different topics like transparent and absorbing films, oscillator models, gradient films and in situ measurements. Ellipsometer experts will give talks and perform sample analyses. All participants are invited to model with sample data on their own computers.
