Today, we offers Digital X-ray sources that are Spectroscopically identical. Manufacturers can use standard calibration and direct change of sources in instruments with no additional effort.
We offer X-ray sources primarily for XRF and XRD markets, as well as imaging applications. Our current product lines are available with multiple options for target material and energies. See our product datasheets for specifics.
We have two X-ray source product lines, Monoblock and Cabled, both available with either a side window or end window tube. Our original cabled X-ray sources offer flexibility, while our integrated source is our newest design with the best reliability.
