FusionScope wins the R&D 100 Award in the Analytics & Testing category
Quantum Design is pleased to announce the recognition of its new correlative AFM/SEM microscopy system, FusionScope, with the R&D 100 Award in the category of Analytics and Testing.
The R&D 100 Award annually honors the most innovative new products in the field of science and technology. The award is based on technical significance, uniqueness, and utility compared to competing products and technologies, and it is granted by an independent jury.
