Hall effect station from Lake Shore Cryotronics

The MeasureReady FastHall controller is a unique combination of the new M91 Hall controller, which has been designed to fully target Hall effect measurements, and a compact tabletop Hall-effect station. It includes a PC with software and a 1 Tesla permanent magnet. The set-up is suitable for resistances up to 1 GW which corresponds to mobilities down to about 0.01 cm2/V s.

Further information

The new MeasureReady FastHall Station is closer to the well-known electromagnet Hall-effect measurement system (HMS) than to convenient tabletop set-up. Besides the sophisticated M91 controller, it offers a wide range of important measurement features: Gate bias, parameter optimization, triaxial guarding cables, purged and light-tight sample space.
