CryoFMR capabilities expanded to 60 GHz

The latest and most capable addition to NanOsc product line for room temperature Ferro Magnetic Resonance spectrometer measurement is the 60 GHz system, the PhaseFMR-60. This system increases the frequency range by 20 GHz, compared to the PhaseFMR-40. Its superior frequency range makes it an excellent tool for MRAM materials research and development.

We are happy to announce that after some development, it will also be possible to use the 60 GHz FMR at cryogenic temperatures. To make this happen the application scientists from Quantum Design and NanOsc have teamed up to find suitable low temperature radio frequency lines to bring the 60 GHz down into the sample space of the PPMS and DynaCool systems.

At the moment the measurement option is in final testing. We expect the option to be officially released within the next months.
