Hall effect measurement system (HMS)

The Hall effect measurement system of the 8400 series is a full system for Hall effect measurements. The HMS can support a very wide range of mobilities which makes it suitable for many different types of samples like solar cells, semiconductors, electronic materials, organic electronics etc. The AC field option for samples with very low mobilities decreases the mobility range even further. The 8400 series HMS is a plug-and-play measurement system with all required components. It is available with 4-inch and 7-inch electromagnets.
