Uncooled compact NIR camera
Bobcat 320 TE0 from XenicsBobcat 320 TE0 is a small, compact but low cost NIR Camera. Despite using an uncooled detector the camera offers great image quality. Bobcat 320 TE0 takes advantage of a InGaAs detector developed and manufactured by Xenics. The sensor shows 320 x 256 Pixel with a 20 µm pixel pitch and great operability of more than 99.5%. Using a 16 bit GigE Vision Interface the small camera offers a full frame rate of 400 fps. In addition Bobcat 320 TE0 is able to run in windowing mode at a frame rate of more than 10000 fps.
Having a quantum efficiency of more than 80% and a low noise the camera is able to read also small signals and shows an astonishing long time stability.
Because of the uncooled detector design the weight of the camera only is 280 g without lens.
- Uncooled
- Low cost, small and light weight
- High speed 400 Hz
- Dynamic range: 14 bit
- SDK for own programming available
Further information
Bobcat 320 TE0 offers integration times in the range of 0,5 to 4 ms running the read out mode ITR (integrate then read). This camera can be triggered or can trigger thought a configurable SMA connector. Bobcat 320 TE0 is controlled and read out by our software Xeneth, As option a SDK and a LabVIEW SDK are available.
