May I introduce myself?
My name is Matthias Müller. I have been with the Quantum Design cryotechnology and magnetism department for a year now.
Before that, I received a degree in physics and mathematics from the University of Berlin and worked in the Quantum group of the University of Mainz, researching ion and atom traps. Experiments we conducted gave fundamental research information needed for potential quantum computing platforms.
Apart from my work, I look back on more than 20 years of competitive ballroom dancing and have achieved several national prices. In the past few years, I have also done voluntary work away from my job and the dance floor.
At Quantum Design I enjoy looking for solutions for your cryogenic projects. Since the beginning of this year, I am also responsible for the products from our partner Janis.
I further manage probe stations and components from Lake Shore and indenters from Micro Materials.
If you have questions concerning these products or myself, please contact me.
I look forward to hearing from you.
