Moxtek’s MAGPRO Series is engineered for analytical and imaging applications requiring high X-ray flux, continuous operation, and robust thermal stability. Both the MAGPRO 50 kV and MAGPRO 60 kV units deliver 12 W continuous power, suitable for extended duty cycles in laboratory, industrial, or portable benchtop instruments.

A metal-ceramic tube design and grounded-anode configuration allow close coupling to the detector and improve measurement precision, especially for heavy elements in XRF. The small focal spot (typically ~500 μm FWHM) enables high spatial resolution in imaging applications, while the optional 125 μm or 250 μm beryllium windows support different transmission needs.

MAGPRO sources are air-cooled and lightweight, making integration simple even in compact instruments. Their stable output supports low detection limits and short acquisition times, while multiple communication protocols and target materials allow customization for specific analytical requirements.
