Setting new standards: synchrotron performances in laboratory systems
Sigray Inc., an innovative, fast-growing company based in Concorde (US), has recently developed relevant innovations in x-ray techniques. Thanks to the multi target, ultra high britghtness sources and high efficiency and ultra small spot focus optics, Sigray has been able to develop x-ray systems which bring laboratory systems performance to another level, in the very proximity of what can get from a synchrotron facility.
Micro- and Nano-CT, uXRF, XAS systems will be briefly introduced with an eye on real measurements.
