New iKon-XL CCD-camera with up to 110 million pixels
Andor Technology have launched a new series of low-noise, deep-cooled CCD-cameras: iKon-XL.
It features:
- Resolutions of 16.8 to 110 megapixels
- Back-illuminated sensors with up to 95 % QE
- Thermo-electric cooling to -90°C for low dark current
- Extremely low read noise of only 2 electrons
- 18-bit AD converter and excellent dynamic range
