We are offering two (almost) fully equipped demo systems for sale:

• One FlexSEM SU1000II compact SEM with Oxford Xplore EDX (30 mm² detector)
• One TM4000Plus-MotII tabletop SEM with Bruker Quantax75-60 EDX (60 mm² detector)

All-inclusive package: Delivery, installation, training, and a one-year warranty are included. After purchase, the systems will be fully serviced, no longer used, and provided as plug & play solutions. On-site inspection is of course possible.

FlexSEM SU1000II Configuration

• Base unit with 5-quadrant BSE and Everhart-Thornley SE detector, 5-axis stage, and low vacuum mode
• Control panel and trackball
• UVDII (SE detector suitable for low vacuum)
• Navigation camera
• Various sample holders
• Agilent DS102 pre-vacuum pump

TM4000Plus-MotII Configuration

• Base unit with 4-quadrant BSE and UVDII (SE detector suitable for low vacuum)
• Motorized X/Y stage
• 3 vacuum modes
• Navigation camera
• Various sample holders
• Oil-free diaphragm pump
• DELL mini PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, network card
• Software: Perpetual Windows 11 Professional license, SEM UI software, EDX UI software (Bruker Esprit Compact), Multi ZigZag Stitching, Report Creator
