The NeXview NX2 is the high-end 3D optical profiler designed by Zygo. Developped for the most demanding applications, the NeXview NX2 combines exceptional precision, advanced algorithms, application flexibility, and automation into a single package that represents Zygo's most advanced Coherence Scanning Interferometry (CSI) profiler. It provides powerful versatility in non-contact measurements and characterization of any surface with the unique feature of Color Vision. This ultimate CSI microscope bring sub-nano vertical resolution. Like NewView 9000 and ZeGage Pro, it is said to be “metrological” instrument thanks to interferometry that gives the same vertical resolution for any magnification of the lens in use. This fully automated system is easy to use, fast to measure a wide range of surface types, including smooth, rough, flat, sloped, and stepped ones. All measurements are nondestructive, fast, and require no sample preparation.
