Cryogen-free probe station with superconducting magnet

  • 3 T or 5 T magnetic field
  • 2 K – 420 K temperature range (above room temperature, the max. magnetic field strength is reduced)
  • optional 6.5 inch sample mount for zero field measurements
  • < 1 micron vibration at the sample mount

LHe / LN2 cooled probe station

  • ~3.5 K – 475 K temperature range
  • up to 3 kV voltage probes with isolated sample mount
  • 25 nm vibration at the sample mount
  • up to 8 Inch sample size
