Wildcat+ 640 from Xenics

The Wildcat+ 640 is based upon a state-of-the-art uncooled InGaAs detector with 640×512 pixels and 20 μm pixel pitch and modern read out electronic. The detector is developed and manufactured by Xenics in Belgium. The camera offers high-resolution SWIR imaging with high sensitivity and low noise.

Further information

The Wildcat+ 640 cameras output high speed full frame images at 300 Hz via either a CameraLink or USB3 Vision interface. The cameras offer window of interest operation to reduce data and increase frame rate to more than 7000 fps.

Wildcat+ 640 is equipped with a new Xenics 640 x 512 Pixel InGaAs Sensor with 20 µm Pixel Pitch,  showing remarkybly higher sensitivity than smaller detectors and may be used with shorter integration times or less artificial illumination.

Having a read out noise of less than 45 electrons and a large Full Well capacity Wildcat+ 640 offers a high dynamic of almost 70 dB.

Wildcat+ 640 is equipped with 2 trigger in & 2 trigger out connectors. The read out can be done using ITR (Integrate than read) or IWR (Integrate while read) to cover most demanding scientific applications.

Wildcat+ 640 is controlled and read out by our software Xeneth, As option a SDK and a LabVIEW SDK are available.
Because of the standard lens mount a large number of c-Mount-lenses is available.
