GX17 from SPECIM

Specim GX17 has a high-speed push-broom hyperspectral camera in use. The GX17 identifies objects invisible to the human eye on conveyors and free-fall systems moving at high speed. It is a powerful and accurate tool for inline sorting, inspection and quality control and offers the best price/performance ratio at high volumes.

Features
  • Wavelength range: 950 - 1700 nm
  • Market-leading light throughput (F#1.7)
  • High spatial resolution of 480 pixels
  • Frame rate up to 800 Hz
  • 168 spectral channels
  • Signal-to-noise-ratio: 700:1
  • Interface: CameraLink

Further information

GX17 is designed for applications in the NIR spectral range (950 - 1700 nm) that require a high frame rate as well as easy integration into a process. GX17 offers both good spectral and spatial resolution with a frame rate of 800 fps. This allows the GX17 to be integrated online in real time into process applications and control sorting systems. GX17 takes advantage of market-leading, high-speed f/1.7 optics that enable short integration times and lower illumination power. GX17 uses the integrated GenCP, which is compatible with industry standards.
For method development and modeling in industrial integration or scientific research, the GX17 can be added to the SpecimONE package with SpecimCUBE hardware and SpecimINSIGHT analysis software or controlled with our Lumo Scanner software.
