Sales Assistant / Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) Parental Leave Cover for 2 Years – 40 hrs/week

Your tasks

• Preparing quotes and processing orders (from receipt to delivery) using our CRM and inventory management system, in close collaboration with colleagues, sales representatives, warehouse, and shipping department.
• Handling international trade transactions.
• Managing loan items and handling customer complaints.
• Preparing bids and tenders (including in English).

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g., wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (communication with our parent company, suppliers, and customers is primarily in English).
• Experience in order processing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and an ERP system.
• Experience with international trade transactions.
• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style.
• Open-minded personality.
