Sales Assistant/Order Processing (m/f/d) - 40 hrs./week

Your tasks

• Quotation preparation and order processing (from order to delivery) with our CRM & inventory control system in close cooperation with colleagues/salespersons, warehouse and shipping department
• Processing of foreign trade transactions
• Processing of loans and complaints
• Processing of tenders (also in English language)

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training (Wholesale and foreign trade clerk or industrial clerk (m/f/d)

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (communication with our parent company as well as suppliers and customers is mainly in English)

• Experience in order processing is an advantage

• Knowledge of MS-Office and an ERP system

• Experience with foreign trade transactions

• Independent, structured and careful way of working

• Open-minded personality
