Cryogen-free probe station with superconducting magnet
- 3 T or 5 T magnetic field
- 2 K – 420 K temperature range (above room temperature, the max. magnetic field strength is reduced)
- optional 6.5 inch sample mount for zero field measurements
- < 1 micron vibration at the sample mount
LHe / LN2 cooled probe station
- ~3.5 K – 475 K temperature range
- up to 3 kV voltage probes with isolated sample mount
- 25 nm vibration at the sample mount
