Installation of a new DMO lithography system at the University of Salerno

We are proud to announce the successful installation of a new DMO lithography system at the University of Salerno, Department of Physics (UNISA-DF).

This marks an important step in supporting their advanced research infrastructure and strengthening our collaboration. The installation aligns perfectly with their recent achievements, including the launch of a New Superconducting Circuit Fabrication Line Operational at UNISA-DF.

This new fabrication line, featuring the dedicated laser writer, is now operational at the University of Salerno, Department of Physics (UNISA-DF). This line is specifically designed for the realization of superconducting circuits.

Thanks to funding from the Italian NQSTI projects, the team can now design, fabricate, and test superconducting interfaces and components for next-generation quantum processors.

Project PI, Prof. Sergio Pagano, expressed his enthusiasm for the new capabilities, emphasizing the department's ability to drive innovation in quantum technology.
