Further information

Artray was founded in 1989 and it’s based in Tokyo, Japan.

Since its establishment, Artray has been specializing in manufacturing image processing devices on different interfaces. With over 1.500 customers worldwide, Artray provides a variety of products including device drivers and customized hardware/software applications.

The free Software Development Kit (SDK), compatible with C++, C, C#.NET, VB.NET and Delphi, and the Viewer Software ART-VIEWER are available for free for all the ARTCAM product.

Software packages like the ART-MEASURE for 2D measurement & filing, including functions to measure angles, polygon areas, vertical distance between a line and a point, distance between points and distance between centers of circles and the HDD Recording Software AR-REC, including functions for capturing, playing and saving images (AVI) are also available as options.

InGaAs Cameras

The ARTCAM-990SWIR Series is equipped with SONY IMX990 (1280 x 1024 pixels) and IMX991 (640 x 512 pixels) InGaAs sensors with sensitivity in the range 400 to 1700 nm and optional thermos-electric cooling system.

The ARTCAM-990SWIR cameras offer high spatial resolution based on the 5 µm pixel size.

The cameras are available with USB2, USB3 or Camera Link interface offering a frame rate up to 137 fps.

The ARTCAM-130SWIR Series is based on the 1280 x 1024 pixels InGaAs sensor with 10 µm pixel size offering a larger field of view at 30 Hz frame rate with USB3 or Camera Link interface.

The ARTCAM-TNIR Camera Series with sensor resolution from 128 x 128 to 640 x 512 pixels offers a spectral sensitivity in the range 900 to 1700 nm, USB2/USB3 interface and frame rate up to 258 fps at 14-bit A/D resolution.

InGaAs Line Scan Cameras

The ARTCAM-LTNIR Series are based on linear InGaAs detector with 256, 512 or 1024 pixels with sensitivity from 900/950 to 1700 nm and USB3 interface.

These cameras offer high frame rate up to 31.446 fps at 14-bit digitization.

InGaAs/GaAsSb Cameras

The ARTCAM SWIR cameras extend the spectral sensitivity up to 2500 nm.

They are equipped with a 320 x 256 pixels sensor with 30 µm pixel size offering 320 fps acquisition speed at 16-bit A/D resolution with Camera Link interface.

CMOS Cameras

The Artray CMOS cameras allow to acquire vivid images with high sensitivity even in applications with low-light level conditions. Cameras are available with USB2 and USB3 interface for easy data transfer to the PC with no need for the frame grabber.

The ARTCAM-MI-WOM camera Series are equipped with on-board memory (WOM) which avoids data missing during transfer.

The large pixel size options deliver high quantum efficiency and wide sensitivity characteristics while offering high frame rates.

The ARTCAM-8020-USB3, based on the 250 Mpixels color or monochrome Canon LI8020SA CMOS sensor, is designed for very high-resolution imaging applications in a very compact design powered by USB-bus.

Artray provides a variety of CMOS cameras including cased cameras and board cameras which can be easily integrated to other equipment.

Mini Camera

The ARTCAM-MINI Series includes very compact cameras based on ON-Semiconductor CMOS sensors with 0.36 and 10.0 Mpixels operating in Global and Rolling Shutter Mode respectively with USB2 interface.

The color sensor option is based on RGB Bayer Pattern.

Digital video output Camera

Display on monitors/TVs via LCD or Digital video output interface. No PC needed!

This 2.1 Mpixels CMOS camera offers HDMI Type D / HD-SDI / ANALOG NTSC/PAL interfaces, Rolling Shutter mode and Remote controller.

UV Camera

The UV cameras range from Artray is based on CCD and CMOS sensors with UV sensitivity down to 200 nm.

The cameras are available with USB2, USB3 and Camera Link interfaces and resolution up to 8.1 Mpixels.

The ARTCAM-487UV is based on the 8.1 MP Sony CMOS Back Illuminated sensor and delivers large field of view and spatial resolution.

Camera models with different quantum efficiency curves are optimized for specific UV spectral ranges.

A variety of UV lens is also available.

Thermal Infrared Cameras

ARTRAY Thermo Camera Series is equipped with USB 2.0 interface that transfers 14-bit high speed raw data collected by microbolometer directly.

The ARTCAM-THERMO is based on an uncooled microbolometer with QVGA (384x288 pixels) or VGA (640x480 pixels) resolution offering a thermal resolution of < 60 mk and <75 mk and frame rate of 50 Hz and 30 Hz respectively.
