Dione 1280 and 640 are the latest developments based on a state-of-the art uncooled 12 μm pitch microbolometer detector with 1280 x 1024 or 640 x 480 resolution and NETD of less than 60 mK. The cores are optimized for low SWaP (size, weight and power). The overall size of the 640 OEM core is 25 x 25 x 10 mm3 with a weight of 6 g. It utilizes Xenics image enhancement for advanced image processing while keeping power consumption low. All Dione versions have the same SAMTEC ST5 connector and are GenICam compliant. The modules Dione 1280 and 640 CAM M24 and M34 are available with multiple lens configurations.
XTM 640 uses the standard detector with an NETD of less than 55 mK with a 50 Hz frame rate. The XTM+ 640 even reaches an NETD of less than 50 mK at 60 Hz full frame. XTM modules are available with CameraLink, GigE Vision or QTE Samtec interfaces. They enable the setup of a versatile, lightweight and small-footprint camera system. The XTM microbolometer camera modules feature the same NEDT and image quality as the finished cameras of the Gobi series.
