Transmission Cells

The Specac transmission cells enable transmission measurements of liquid and solid samples under controlled temperature conditions. The cells are demountable, flexibly configurable (static or as flow cells) and, with the appropriate cuvette holder, cover a wide temperature range from -190 °C to +250 °C.

Depending on the application, versions with 1/16" Swagelok connections (flush or with flow tubes), front ports for static measurements, and robust pellet holders for samples up to 8 mm thick are available.

The volume in the cell can be flexibly adjusted by selecting from a range of different spacers.
