Biosensing Instrument’s award-winning BI-4500 SPR system provides high-quality binding response for small molecules up to 100 Da thanks to the patented BI-DirectFlowTM technology, which enables samples to be delivered with near-zero dispersion for fast kinetics and effective removal of various side effects. The system is integrated with a variable temperature SPR module for measurements in a controlled environment or in physiological conditions. The innovative multi-module design gives users maximum flexibility in choosing amongst various gas-phase and electrochemical analysis modules. Its wide dynamic range and high sensitivity enable measurements of binding constants down to a few pM-1 for slow (hours) and fast (< ms) kinetic processes.
