System-compatible accessories are essential to performing successful measurements. And most applications require additional components. Optical fibers allow flexible coupling from monochromatic sources or lead signals to the measurement system. Collimating optics collect the monochromator's output radiance thus creating a parallel radiation beam. Integrating spheres ensure uniform radiation, a chopper and lock-in amplifier (see Detectors / Electronics) suppress interferences and enable measurements below the noise threshold.

Further information

The system can optionally be calibrated according to various photometric and radiometric parameters. This way you can turn a spectrometer into a spectroradiometer and extend the range of application. A single source can thus provide an individual solution. For easy integration in a system, the measurement setup comes complete with a software development kit including LabView, VSB, C++, MATLAB and more.
