In situ stages for electron microscopy and µXCT
We are offering different solutions for in-situ stages for electron microscopy or computer tomography (µCT) systems. These in-situ stages can be used for tensile and compression but also for heating and/or cooling experiments. The in-situ stages work with nearly all major µCT or electron microscopy systems in the market.

The CT Coolstage from Deben allows samples to be analyzed even under frozen conditions within a CT-system. There is no need for an additional water chiller and the system also offers 360° rotation.
We offer Peltier heating & cooling stages with a temperature range from -50 °C up to 160 °C. The stages will fit in most SEM systems that are on the market.
The Microtest stages are of a very compact design and offer a force range from 2 N up to 5 kN (100 kN with customized version). We offer different designs to cover a broad range of applications.
