In situ stages for electron microscopy and µXCT

We are offering different solutions for in-situ stages for electron microscopy or computer tomography (µCT) systems. These in-situ stages can be used for tensile and compression but also for heating and/or cooling experiments. The in-situ stages work with nearly all major µCT or electron microscopy systems in the market.

In situ stages for electron microscopy and µXCT - CT Coolstage -20 °C to +150 °C for µXCT applications
CT Coolstage -20 °C to +150 °C for µXCT applications

The CT Coolstage from Deben allows samples to be analyzed even under frozen conditions within a CT-system. There is no need for an additional water chiller and the system also offers 360° rotation.

In situ stages for electron microscopy and µXCT - Peltier heating & cooling stages for SEM
Peltier heating & cooling stages for SEM

We offer Peltier heating & cooling stages with a temperature range from -50 °C up to 160 °C. The stages will fit in most SEM systems that are on the market.
