High-temperature film maker for temperatures up to 400 °C
From SpecacThe high-temperature film maker for temperatures up to 400 °C is designed with integrated heated platens and cooling system. Only an additional hydraulic press is required. The complete film maker is simply placed in the press.

Further information
Water inlet and outlet hoses of the cooling system are protected by non-return valves. This system operates at low voltage and is fitted with thermal cutout swiches. Special forceps enable the aluminium foil to be shaped into small troughs to retain the granulate. The finished film can then be placed in a magnetic film holder or in a Specacard for analysis. The maximum pressure for this film make is 2 t, satisfactory results can be achieved at pressures from around 1 t.
