iKon-M, iKon-L und iKon-XL Serien von Andor Technology

Unter der Rubrik CCD-Kameras stellen wir Ihnen hochwertige Kameras für anspruchsvolle wissenschaftliche Aufgaben vor. Die Front- oder Back-Illuminated-CCD-Sensoren mit optimierter Antireflex-Beschichtung wandeln mehr als 90% des eingehenden Lichts in ein detektierbares Signal um. Der Vakuum-Sensorkammer gewährleistet eine thermoelektrische Tieftemperaturkühlung bis -100 °C. Hochwertige A/D-Wandler mit langsamen Scan-Ausleseraten minimieren das Ausleserauschen.  Konventionelle CCD-Kameras benötigen einen mechanischen Verschluss, um Schmiereffekte beim Ausleseprozess zu vermeiden.

Die Kameras aus den Andor-Serien iKon-M und iKon-L sind für lichtarme Anwendungen konzipiert, bei denen voraussichtlich lange Belichtungszeiten erforderlich sind. Der extrem niedrige Dunkelstrom ermöglicht die Erfassung von Photonen über Hunderte von Sekunden oder sogar Minuten. Pixelgrößen von 13 µm, 15 µm und 24 µm in Verbindung mit einem A/D-Wandler mit hoher Kapazität und niedigem Rauschen gewährleisten einen großen dynamischen Bereich. Dank der Sensorstruktur sowie einem einzigen Auslesekanal bieten CCD-Kameras eine hervorragende Linearität (besser als 99%) und Gleichförmigkeit.
