All the SE instruments are based on photodiode arrays and fixed grating systems to avoid the use of fragile, light-robbing optical fibers within the instruments: no moving gratings to drift or malfunction; highest sensitivity and reliability on the market.

Not only: these advantages also couples with small and lighter systems you can find (3.5 Kg or less) yet robust and rugged for the heaviest working conditions.

SE portable systems can be operated with tablet, either rugged industrial models or consumer ones, thanks to the SE mobile software version; or in stand-alone fashion with integrated memory or built-in PC.

SE systems are powered with lightweight high capacity lithium ion batteries to keep your travel load as light as possible and guarantee the long lasting operation.

Comfort and ease of use are important parameters for SE to provide to its customers: one-touch autoexposure – autodark shutter – autoranging controls, Bluetooth interface, everything makes Spectral Evolution spectrometers and spectroradiometers ready to measure.
