Newton Serie von Andor Technology

Die CCD-Detektoren der Newton-Serie zeichnen sich durch extrem niedriges Rauschen und sehr hohe Quanteneffizienzen aus und eignen sich als hochempfindliche Detektoren mit großen Dynamikbereich für zahlreiche Anwendungen in der Spektroskopie.

Darüber hinaus ermöglicht der MHz-AD-Wandler sehr schnelle spektrale Aufnahmen. Multi-Track und Hochgeschwindigkeits-Spektroskopie sind durch spezielle Sensor-Ausleseverfahren möglich.

Die Newton CCD-Detektoren sind für anspruchsvolle spektroskopische Anwendungen optimiert und zeichnen sich durch niedriges Ausleserauschen, vernachlässigbaren Dunkelstrom und sehr hohe Quanteneffizienzen aus. Hochwertige AD-Wandler in Verbindung mit einer thermo-elektrischen Kühlung bis -100°C bieten ein optimales Signal-Rausch-Verhältnis bei unterschiedlichen Lichtverhältnissen. Optisches Etaloning im NIR wird durch eine spezielle Technologie, die bei den Deep-Depletion Sensoren Standard ist, minimiert.

Die Newton 920 Serie besitzt Sensoren mit 26 µm Pixeln, die für einen hohen Dynamikbereich optimiert sind, während die Newton 940 Detektoren 13,5 µm Pixel für die höchstmögliche spektrale Auflösung von UV bis NIR haben. Alle Newton CCD-Detektoren sind kompatibel mit den Shamrock Spektrographen von Andor und mit zahlreichen Spektrographen anderer Hersteller.
